Meet Shannon, our dynamic owner and a Certified CrossFit Trainer with a fervent dedication to fitness and well-being. With over 11 years of personal experience in the world of CrossFit and 5 years of coaching under her belt, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session.
Shannon discovered CrossFit at the age of 40 and hasn't looked back since. What started as a personal journey towards fitness and self-improvement quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. CrossFit became more than just a workout regimen; it became a transformative experience that reshaped her life in countless ways.
In addition to her CrossFit credentials, Shannon holds a CrossFit Nutrition certificate, and is an RP Certified Nutrition Coach, emphasizing the importance of fueling the body for optimal performance and overall well-being. She understands that true fitness extends beyond the gym walls and into everyday choices, including nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Shannon has also earned her Level 1 Burgener Strength Weightlifting certificate. Her experience in weightlifting adds another dimension to her coaching, enabling her to fine-tune athletes' form and technique for maximum efficiency and safety.

Coach Dave brings the fun factor to our classes and is always ready with a dad joke to start off the session right. He has a passion for helping others be the best version of themselves possible.
"I was introduced to CrossFit back in 2016 and didn't fully appreciate what functional movement meant until I hit the road with my wife, Ruby, in an RV shortly after. Traveling the country exposed me to many retirees and travelers that all had the same wish, "I wish I was younger and healthier to enjoy traveling more."
"CrossFit is multi-faceted and applies more to than just fitness, which is what hooked me. I spent more years working on glory muscles/body building than focusing on the longevity of a simple task such us getting up from a chair. Now my goal is to take what I've learned as a CFL2 and pass it onto those willing to try and improve their current state on the health continuum scale."
"My work background is in the health industry, including both EMS and Home Health DME where I work to improve the lives of all of those in need of help. When I'm not working I enjoy hikes, backpacking, rock climbing, reading, riding my Harley and coaching youth soccer (which is why I pursued and obtained my CrossFit Kids Coaching Certificate). My goal is to help as many persons as I can to not think to themselves, "I wish I was younger" and instead look forward to getting stronger and healthier. My hope for anyone joining my classes is that you learn the "why" and not just the "what" we are doing and most of all have a great time participating with our community."
